| 1. This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Specified Sporting Events — Exemption) Order 2024. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of the flags specified in the fourth column of the Schedule at the respective venues specified in the second column of that Schedule and during the respective dates specified in the third column of that Schedule, being the venues at which and the dates during which the respective events specified in the first column of that Schedule are held. |
