(Specified Sporting Events —
Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Specified Sporting Events — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2024.
Exemption
2.  Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of the flags specified in the fourth column of the Schedule, if the display of the flags is —
(a)in connection with the respective events specified in the first column of that Schedule;
(b)at the respective venues specified in the second column of that Schedule; and
(c)during the respective dates specified in the third column of that Schedule.
