| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Refund of Unclaimed Surplus) Order. |
| Fee leviable by Registrar of Pawnbrokers |
| 2. A fee of $5 is leviable by the Registrar of Pawnbrokers for every issue or re-issue of a cheque for any unclaimed surplus. [S 461/2018 wef 09/07/2018] |
