House to House and Street Collections (Exemption) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the House to House and Street Collections Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the House to House and Street Collections (Exemption) Notification 2003.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Pools (Private) Limited and its members, officers and authorised agents from the provisions of the Act in respect of the SARS Charity Sweep Draw promotion to be held from 19th May 2003 to 12th August 2003 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 12th August 2003.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 14th May 2003.
