| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Designated Psychiatric Institution) (No. 2) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 4th March 2010. |

| 2. The Minister hereby designates the Changi Prisons Complex Medical Centre to be a psychiatric institution for the detention and treatment of mentally disordered persons under the Act. |
