In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14A(1) of the Maintenance of Parents Act 1995, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Maintenance of Parents (Prescribed Government Agencies and Statutory Bodies) (Revocation) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 July 2024.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Maintenance of Parents (Prescribed Government Agencies and Statutory Bodies) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 147/2011).
