Citation |
1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Speed Warning Device) Rules. |
Definitions |
2. In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires —

Application |
General powers of Registrar or authorised officer |
3A.—(1) The Registrar or an authorised officer may, by notice, require the owner of a vehicle to furnish evidence that the vehicle complies with all or any of the provisions of these Rules.

Speed warning device |
4.—(1) A speed warning device installed in a motor vehicle under these Rules —

Works by authorised workshop |
5. Any installation, calibration or repair of a speed warning device installed in a vehicle under these Rules shall be carried out by an authorised workshop. |
Registrar to authorise workshops |
6.—(1) The Registrar of Vehicles may authorise a workshop to —

Testing equipment |
7. If so requested by the Registrar, an authorised workshop shall allow him to use such equipment for testing a speed warning device as may be specified by him. |
