| 1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System — Exemption) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 30 June 2021. |

| 2. The requirement in rule 9C(3)(b)(i) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) does not apply to any of the motor vehicles as described in the Schedule. |
