| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 11th February 2004. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicles bearing chassis numbers 71321 and 71322 belonging to Katoen Natie Sembcorp Jurong Pte Ltd. |
