Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. Sections 2(o), 11, 18 and 19 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 25 March 2019.
