Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2010.
2.  Section 8(b) of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st April 2010.
