| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999. |
| 2. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 21st May 1999. |
