Commodity Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Commodity Futures (Amendment) Act 2001, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Commodity Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Commodity Futures (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 27th June 2001.
