Companies (Amendment) Act 2014
(Commencement) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2015.
2.  Sections 3(a), (e), (f), (l), (n), (p), (w), (x) and (z), 4(a) and (b), 5(b) to (e), (g) and (h), 6, 8(b), 9, 11, 15, 18, 22(h), 28(b), 34, 35, 36(a), 41(a) to (d) and (h) to (l), 42(a), (c) and (d), 43(a), (b) and (c), 44 to 49, 51, 53 to 57, 59, 75, 78, 79, 80, 86, 87, 88(b), (c), (d) and (f), 91, 92, 95(b), 112, 113, 114(a), (b) and (c), 115, 116, 118, 119, 120, 122, 123(b) to (e), 124, 125, 126, 127(b), 128 to 131, 133, 134, 135(f), 137, 138(i) and (j), 141(d) and (e), 142(a) and (b), 143 to 148, 150, 151, 152(b), 167, 170 to 173, 177, 178, 179(b), 184 and 186(2) of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2014 come into operation on 1 July 2015.
