Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  Sections 2 (a) and 36 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 15th August 2002.
