Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2002

Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st September 2002.
