Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2007, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2007 shall, with the exception of sections 2, 8, 9 and 11, come into operation on 1st September 2007.
