| Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007 |

| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007. |
| 2. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2007 shall, with the exception of sections 2, 8, 9 and 11, come into operation on 1st September 2007. |
