Civil Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2009, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Civil Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.  The Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2009 shall, with the exception of item (7)(b) in the Schedule, come into operation on 1st March 2009.
