Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2002, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.—(1)  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2002 shall, with the exception of section 5, come into operation on 30th September 2002.
(2)  Section 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
