Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.  The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2008 shall, with the exception of section 8(b) and (c), come into operation on 15th April 2009.
