In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 2022, the President makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment No. 2) Act 2022 comes into operation on 28 October 2022.
