(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Part 3 of the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018 comes into operation on 21 November 2022.
3.  Part 2 and sections 87(3) and 88(3) of the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018 come into operation on 21 November 2022 at 12.01 a.m.
