Civil Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2009, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Civil Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2010.
2.  Item (7)(b) in the Schedule to the Civil Law (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 2nd March 2010.
