Designation of Certificate and Medal |
3.—(1) The Certificate is designated and styled the COVID‑19 Resilience Certificate.

4. The Minister may award the Certificate and the Medal. |

6. A Certificate must bear —

7.—(1) The Medal consists of a silver disc embellished along its rim with 8 arrows pointing inward.

Medal — how worn |
8.—(1) The Medal is to be worn on the left side of the recipient’s outer garment suspended by a ribbon.

Publication of Certificate and Medal recipients |
9.—(1) The name or a description of a group who has been awarded the Certificate must be published in the Gazette.

Forfeiture of Certificate and Medal |
10.—(1) The Minister may forfeit a Certificate awarded to a group if the Minister considers that the group should not have been awarded the Certificate.

Replacement of Certificate and Medal |
11.—(1) If a Certificate or Medal is lost, damaged or destroyed, the recipient may make a written report to the Minister.
