14.  Any person who contravenes any provision of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of $500 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.

Offences
14.—(1)  Any person who contravenes regulation 5, 6, 7 or 10(1)(e) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.
(2)  Any person who contravenes regulation 8(1), 9, 10(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d) or 11(2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.
