(Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 5)
Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 5) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 1 April 2025.
Amendment of Ninth Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 470/2024), in the Ninth Schedule —
(a)under the heading “Departments”, after item 1, insert —
“1A.Communicable Diseases Agency”; and
(b)under the heading “Subjects”, in item 1, replace paragraph (3) with —
“(3)Disease Prevention, Surveillance, Management and Control (infectious diseases)
(a)Communicable Diseases Agency Act 2025
(3A)Disease Prevention, Surveillance, Management and Control (non‑infectious diseases)”.
