(Commencement) Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Communicable Diseases Agency Act 2025, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Communicable Diseases Agency Act 2025 (Commencement) Notification 2025.
2.  The Communicable Diseases Agency Act 2025 comes into operation on 1 April 2025.
