(Commencement) Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Community Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act 2024, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Community Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2025.
2.  Sections 2, 3, 5, 6(a) and (d), 8(d), 11, 14, 15, 19, 23, 25, 28 to 39 and 40(2) and (3) of the Community Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act 2024 come into operation on 24 March 2025.
