(Amendment) Order 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 26 March 2025.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (No. 2) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 589/2022), in the Second Schedule, in Division 1, after item 27A, insert —
“27B.  Imagine+ Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201228503D)”.
