Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(4) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 1 April 2025.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1), in the Schedule, in Part II, in sub‑paragraph (a), after “regulation 18(1)”, insert “or (2)”.
