(Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination)
(Amendment) Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 April 2025.
Amendment of regulation 18
2.  In the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination) Regulations (Rg 4), in regulation 18 —
(a)in paragraph (2), replace “as the Authority may determine” with “to the Authority as specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification”; and
(b)in paragraph (3), after “payment of such fee”, insert “to the Authority”.
