| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 April 2025. |
| Amendment of regulation 5 |
| 2. In the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (Rg 6), in regulation 5, replace “1 April 2024 shall not emit any noise exceeding the level or” with “1 April 2025”. |
| Amendment of Fourth Schedule |
| 3. In the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations, in the Fourth Schedule, in paragraph 1(c), in the second column, in sub‑paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii), replace “Phase 1” with “Phase 2”. |
