(Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(3) of the Parliamentary Elections Act 1954, the Prime Minister makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Parliamentary Elections Act 1954 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 28 March 2025.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Parliamentary Elections Act 1954, in the Third Schedule, in paragraphs (a) and (b), replace “$4.00” with “$5”.
