(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Public Utilities Act 2001, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Public Utilities (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 June 2025.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Public Utilities (Fees) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 250/2015), in regulation 2, replace paragraph (2) with —
“(2)  The fee for an application under section 26(3) of the Act for the Board’s approval is $130.”.
