(Commencement) Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Amendment) and Other Matters Act 2024, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Amendment) and Other Matters Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2025.
2.  Parts 1 and 2 and section 27 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Amendment) and Other Matters Act 2024 come into operation on 28 March 2025.
