Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 28 March 2025 at 12.01 a.m.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  In the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000, in the Third Schedule, in paragraph 12A, replace sub‑paragraph (4) with —
(4)  The General Division of the High Court is not to exercise the powers conferred by sub‑paragraphs (2) and (3) unless a reasonable opportunity has been given to all persons holding an interest in the property to make representations to the General Division of the High Court.”.
