(Public Cleansing) (Amendment)
Regulations 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 April 2025.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. In the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Second Schedule —

(a)

in the following provisions, replace “$35.34” with “$35.92”:
