(Statutory Bodies) (Amendment)
Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Minister for Digital Development and Information makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 1 April 2025.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 149/2013), in the Schedule —
(a)delete item 6;
(b)after item 9, insert —
 
“9A.Communicable Diseases Agency
Communicable Diseases Agency Act 2025”; and
(c)after item 15, insert —
 
“15AA.Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore
Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore Act 2022”.
