(Amendment No. 2) Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2025 and, except for paragraph 2(2), comes into operation on 1 April 2025.

(2) Paragraph 2(2) comes into operation on 1 May 2025.

Amendment of First Schedule

2.—(1) In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule —

(a)	in items 1, 4 and 6, in the third column, delete “Mrs Ow Foong Pheng”; and
(b)	in item 6, in the third column, after “Mr Augustin Lee”, insert “Ms Lai Wei Lin”.

(2) In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010, in the First Schedule —

(a)

in items 1 and 2, in the third column, delete “Mrs Tan Ching Yee”;

(b)

in item 1, in the third column, after “Ms Tan Gee Keow”, insert —

“Dr Beh Swan Gin

Mr Aubeck Kam”; and

(c)

in item 5, in the third column, replace “Mrs Tan Ching Yee” with “Dr Beh Swan Gin”.
