(Personnel Boards and Appeals Board)
(Amendment) Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and, except for regulation 2(2), come into operation on 1 April 2025.
(2)  Regulation 2(2) comes into operation on 1 May 2025.
Amendment of Schedule
2.—(1)  In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Schedule —
(a)delete item 5; and
(b)renumber item 6 as item 5.
(2)  In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations, in the Schedule —
(a)delete item 2;
(b)renumber items 3, 4 and 5 as items 2, 3 and 4, respectively; and
(c)after item 4 (as renumbered by sub‑paragraph (b)), insert —
“5.Dr Beh Swan Gin
6.Mr Aubeck Kam”.
