(Commencement) Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Energy Transition Measures and Other Amendments Act 2024, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Energy Transition Measures and Other Amendments Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2025.
2.  Section 3 of the Energy Transition Measures and Other Amendments Act 2024 comes into operation on 31 March 2025.
