(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Employment Claims Act 2016, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Employment Claims Act 2016 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 April 2025.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. In the Employment Claims Act 2016, in the Second Schedule —

(a)

after item 4, insert —

“4A.	Employee’s entitlement to paid shared parental leave under section 12DA(1) and (2) of the Child Development Co‑Savings Act 2001”; and

(b)

after item 10, insert —

“10A.

Part‑time employee’s entitlement to paid shared parental leave under regulation 7A(1) and (2) of the Child Development Co‑Savings (Part‑Time Employees) Regulations 2008”.
