(Premium Recovery) (Amendment)
Regulations 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the MediShield Life Scheme Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the MediShield Life Scheme (Premium Recovery) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 April 2025.

Replacement of regulation 6

2. In the MediShield Life Scheme (Premium Recovery) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 534/2016), replace regulation 6 with —

“Alternative address for service of demand note

6. For the purposes of section 33B(2)(c)(iii)(B) of the Act, a demand note may also be served on a person by sending it by prepaid registered post to a correspondence address provided by the person to the Board for the purposes of the Central Provident Fund Act 1953.”.
