(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Sedition (Repeal) Act 2021, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Sedition (Repeal) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Sedition (Repeal) Act 2021 comes into operation on 2 November 2022.
