Short title |
1. This Act is the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act 1983. |
Interpretation |
2. In this Act, “specified organisation” means a statutory body or a Government company which is specified in the Schedule. |

4. A prosecution must not be instituted under this Act except with the written consent of the Public Prosecutor. [15/2010] |
Amendment of Schedule |
5. The President may, by notification in the Gazette, amend the Schedule. |
