PART I

PRELIMINARY

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the National Computer Board Act.

Interpretation

2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —

“Board” means the National Computer Board established and incorporated by this Act;

“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board;

“member” means a member of the Board.
