Short title |
1. This Act may be cited as the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act. |
Interpretation |
2. In this Act, “specified organisation” means a statutory body or a Government company which is specified in the Schedule. |

4. No prosecution shall be instituted under this Act without the written consent of the Public Prosecutor. [15/2010 wef 02/01/2011] |
Amendment of Schedule |
5. The President may, by notification in the Gazette, amend the Schedule. |
