| The following Act was passed by Parliament on 13th February 2009 and assented to by the President on 9th March 2009:— |
| Supplementary Supply (FY 2008) Act 2009 |

| An Act to provide for making supplementary provision to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009. |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (FY 2008) Act 2009. |
| Interpretation |
| 2. In this Act, “reserves” and “term of office” shall have the same meanings as in the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore. |
| Supplementary supply from Consolidated Fund |
| Supplementary supply from Development Fund |
4.—(1) A further sum of $1,311,399,200, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2008, is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009.
