| The following Act was passed by Parliament on 21st March 1991 and assented to by the President on 23rd March 1991:— |

| An Act to provide for the issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sums necessary to meet the estimated expenditure for the financial year 1st April 1991 to 31st March 1992. |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: |
| Short title and commencement |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 1991 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1991. |
| Supply $8,056,521,360 |
| 2. A sum not exceeding $8,056,521,360 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 1991 to 31st March 1992 and that sum is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule. |
