| The following Act was passed by Parliament on 29th March 1989 and assented to by the President on 30th March 1989:— |

| An Act to provide for the issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sums necessary to meet the estimated expenditure for the financial year 1st April 1989 to 31st March 1990. |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: |
| Short title and commencement |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 1989 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1989. |
| Supply $6,741,003,170 |
| 2. A sum not exceeding $6,741,003,170 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 1989 to 31st March 1990 and that sum is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule. |
